Symptoms

Errors in the Event Viewer:

- "FlexiBr: Processing Server restart: Error creating an Application Server session: Cannot connect to 'http://<name of the machine>' (error code: 12007). (15) Unknown error. Error code: 0x2ee7."

- FlexiBr: The next Processing Server restart attempt is due in 300 seconds.

- FlexiBr: The Processing Server has been stopped.

- FlexiBr: Processing Server restart.

Errors in Processing Server logs:

- Src\Server\App\ProcessingServerApp.cpp, ln 546: Processing Server restart: Error creating an Application Server session: Cannot connect to 'http://<MachineName>' (error code: 12007). (15) Unknown error. Error code: 0x2ee7.

Error when staring Processing station manually:

- FlexiCapture: Can not start Station <StationName>. Error. Unable to start the station 127.0.0.1. You must start the manager first

Cause

The wrong or incorrect Application Server address input in the Processing Server' properties during set up

Resolution

Check your Computer name in the system: Control panel - System 

In the Processing Server's Properties, make sure to enter the correct name of the Application Server where FlexiCapture App Server is installed.

Note: Sometimes when you choose Processing Server location as a localhost an incorrect name to it might be applied, so please change it to the same as Computer Name of the Application Server via Processing Server Properties
