Symptoms

Attempts to open projetc from server at Porject Setup Station fail with error:

 

SQL Server Network Interfaces: The logon attempt failed

Cause

IIS account credentials are incorrect or not up to date.

Resolution

Update user account credentials in IIS and restart IIS.
