How to test the wsdl (Web Services Description Language) file for login issues?

Answer

Perform the following steps:

1. Create a new folder named FCAuth in the FC12 Server folder in IIS (by default C:\inetpub\wwwroot\FlexiCapture12\Server)
   
2. From the same machine (Application server) try reaching http://localhost/flexicapture12/server/fcauth/main/wsdl (https if you use it). It will prompt a credentials window and ask for login and password.
3. Try to login using the last "correct" credentials - it should show the wsdl file:
   
4. If it still prompts login errors - please, make some screenshots of those and collect browser console logs on them. If no error occurs - try using obviously incorrect credentials (correct login + incorrect password) and provide Support with the results.

After making these tests, the FCAuth folder can be safely removed.
