I would like to send a user an email notification when a document arrives to Verification stage. I want to be able to generate a URL link to the verification task, but I need to know the Task ID. Is it possible to get it?

Answer

It is not possible to get Verification Task ID dynamically inside FlexiCapture 12. However, it is possible to use Web Services API for these purposes by creating some Windows service that would periodically check the list of tasks on Verification stage and send email notifications to operators.
