Symptoms

When starting a workflow that performs import via Graph Mail an error is shown:

Error. Graph mail client: Access denied. Please ensure that current user has sufficient permissions to start new COM servers

Cause

This issue is usually caused by insufficient access rights set for the account running the processing station.

Resolution

Verify that the user running the FineReader Server 14.0 - Processing Station and the FineReader Server 14 application pool does not have any limitations set to run background services and/or COM servers.
