Symptoms

When uploading a project to the Application Server an error message is generated.  The user account logged into Windows has sufficient access to the network share location and administrator rights for the account in the Admin & Monitoring Console.

Cause

This issue is caused by the IIS Flexicapture Web Service running using the Network Services account and it doesn't have sufficient permissions to access the network share location.

Resolution

To fix this error the Network Service account needs to be changed to an account that has both Administrator rights in the Admin & Monitoring Console and Read/Write or Full Control access to the network share location
