Symptoms

Receiving the following error when trying to update/uninstall FlexiCapture 12:

Action Launch_FlexiBrSvc.exe_PerformanceCounter_64_uninstall, location: C:\Program Files\ABBYY FlexiCapture 12 Stations\FlexiBrSvc.exe, command: -UNINSTALLCOUNTERS

Cause

Performance Counters are corrupted.

Resolution

Reindex the Performance Counters (/R is case-sensitive): 

>cd syswow64
>lodctr /R
