Administration and Monitoring console opens the winauth page

Symptoms

While opening the Administration and Monitoring console the web page that pop-ups is winauth log in instead of the FlexiCapture log in page.

Cause

The database for FlexiCapture is not created or linked.

Target in the shortcut has been modified

Resolution

Check if the Database is linked in the Administration and Monitoring Console.
