Click the Submit Request button at the top of the ABBYY Help Center.
You must be logged in to submit a request. If you have not registered for our ABBYY Help Center you will be prompted to do so.
- Select the product you need support with from the drop-down list.
The fields of the request vary depending on the product you select. - Fill out the request fields. Fields with an asterisk (*) are required to submit a request.
- CC – list of emails to add to the request

Purpose of your request – select the appropriate option from the drop-down list:
- I'm experiencing an issue with existing functionality
- I'd like to suggest a new feature or enhancement
- I need help with something else
- Subject – a concise description of the issue
- Suggested articles – based on the subject of your request, you might be offered a number of articles from the Help Center.

Description – provide a detailed description of the issue. Include:
- Product version
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Any troubleshooting steps you attempted

Country - select the country you reside in
⚠️You must select a country from the drop-down even if it's auto-populated. If you don't, the form will not be submitted. - License number – if applicable, provide the license serial number for the affected product
- Build number – if applicable, provide the build number. To determine the build number, check the Help>About dialog

System environment – if applicable, select the environment where the problem occurred
- Test
- Production
- Business operation impact – if applicable, select the level of impact that the issue has on your business processes
- ◻️Privacy Policy - be sure to select the check box indicating you have read and agree with ABBYY's Privacy Policy
- Attachments – attach any screenshots, projects or documents that may assist the Support Professional to troubleshoot the issue
- Once finished, click Submit.
After submitting a support request, you will be forwarded to the support request page.
You will also receive an email confirming that ABBYY Customer Support received your support request and containing a link to the support request in your Help Center profile.
